On 26th and 27th November 2024, a board member and the CEO of Women’s Livelihood Federation (WLF) participated in the Dhwani Foundation’s South India Partners Meeting held in Bangalore. The event focused on the theme "Social Sector in Transition – Challenges, Opportunities, and Way Forward". Key topics, including the emerging need for a collaborative mindset, building networks to amplify impact, changing trends in fundraising for grassroots and rural organizations, and the importance of investing in HR development for sectoral growth, were explored through insightful panel discussions. The meeting provided an excellent platform for sharing ideas, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities for grassroots organizations like WLF, enhancing their ability to adapt and thrive in the evolving social sector landscape.
