To strengthen the Federation member training program, it is crucial to tailor skill development and knowledge enhancement to the specific needs of members. Networking opportunities will foster solidarity and collective problem-solving. For women-headed NGOs, integrating gender-sensitive approaches is vital. This involves specialized workshops on leadership, advocacy, and networking with successful female mentors. Empowering women through knowledge-sharing and resilience-building against gender biases will amplify their impact within the Federation and beyond.
