The Strategic Plan was reviewed and approved, with updates shared on OMT, fundraising, and MSME collaboration. A mentor was appointed to strengthen leadership, and approval was given to open a new bank account with Indian Overseas Bank (IOB). Staff performance was assessed, and plans to complete Member Organization visits were discussed. The meeting also focused on enhancing the transparency and sustainability of the Administrative Support Fund (ASF).
