On 12th March 2025, WLF participated in Strategic Planning meeting virtually, organized by Dhwani Foundation.The session, facilitated by Mr.Isan and Mr.Vijay, began with a review of the first 8 steps in the planning process. Federations reflected on the challenges faced and the support provided by Dhwani to overcome them. We have defined strategic goals at both domain and federation levels through group work and presentations. Also focused on developing work plans aligned with the selected strategic goals and presented draft work plans as a foundation for the final strategy paper. This collaborative process marked a key milestone in shaping their strategic direction.
