The fourth Niranthara Lite training program, conducted by Dhwani Foundation, was a two-day training session for master trainers from six federations. The Women's Livelihood Federation (WLF) participated in this two-day training at Anaikatti Aadi. The training program covered the following topics: HR Policy – Importance, core functions, leave policy for staff, organizational structure, organogram, recruitment, induction checklist, holiday calendar, exit interview, retention, and attrition. Leadership – Organizational vision and mission, including the basic format for drafting them. Niranthara Lite Tracking Sheets – A 13-member, 75-parameter tracking system.
