On 10th November 2024, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was conducted with the family members of women-headed NGO leaders. The discussion focused on understanding how families can support their work, strategies for balancing family responsibilities, and fostering societal recognition for their contributions. Participants were asked questions related to these themes to gain insights into their experiences and challenges.
