The sub-committee meeting held on July 4th at Pasumai Ulagam NGO in Erode was chaired by Ms. T. Sheela, the CEO and Managing Trustee. She conducted discussions with member organizations and facilitated the formation of sub-committees. During the meeting, she also elucidated the roles and responsibilities of each committee to the attending members. A total of nine members participated in the full-day meeting. In Women-Headed NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations), sub-committees play vital roles tailored to the specific needs and focus areas of these organizations, which are typically led and predominantly staffed by women. the committees are planning committe,resource mobilization committee,fundraising committee,Accounts and financial committee.
