Women's Livelihood Federation
The NGO's work is vital as it strengthens women-led organizations, enabling women leaders to drive community development & social change across 16 districts of Tamil Nadu, fostering gender equality.
Our organization established in 2022 in Erode, TamilNadu, is dedicated to nurture and strengthen the grassroots initiatives by providing support, resources, and advocacy, along with efforts to amplify the impact of women leaders in driving positive change within their communities, ensuring that they have the tools and opportunities they need to succeed. We are actively engaged in 16 districts of Tamil Nadu, with an emphasis on community development, gender equality, and women's empowerment through our programs and projects. Capacity Building and Training Programs
The goal of our capacity-building initiatives is to improve the abilities and expertise of female leaders and their groups. We are delighted to announce the successful completion of an interactive workshop as part of our Federation Enablement Program, titled "Voice for a Vibrant and Credible Social Sector."
